Stage 4 Lisdoonvarna - Kilbeggan 18th June

well guys what can I say before today i was feeling pretty okay, the race was tough but I was in super management mode and getting through it and looking forward to the last few days but then someone decided to throw in the fastest ever Ras stage ever

Another ridiculously fast day of racing for stage 4. My legs didn’t arrive until after the first hour of the stage so it was a painful start today. My legs came around just in time for the line outs starting when we hit the big open roads and the cross winds started to string the bunch out. The big teams controlled the race for a bit but the attacking never stopped and it was full gas all day. Coming into the sprint the was chaos but I got in in the bunch safe. Sorry for the incredible short report tonight but to be honest I'm absolutely F**ked what more can I say fastest Ras Stage ever 30mph average for the whole stage I hope to see plenty of you tomorrow at the finish in Blackrock but for now its goodnight for me...
